位于荷兰阿姆斯特丹的Patta为了庆贺其五周年纪念, 特别找来了多家品牌共同联名合作, 而Nike即为其中之一代表. 这款Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Premium以类似原版配色出击, 整体以白/灰/绿为基调, 除了运用了麂皮、网布为鞋身材质外, 于鞋身侧边及Nike标志上更采用极为别致的绿色帆布材略构成, 且在鞋头前段处有着精细的Nike刺绣图样, 至于鞋舌上其Patta图样仍然保留下来, 此外鞋垫上也有着Patta五周年的字样。现已发售
